Here we are in Provence! The song of the cicadas, the sun in abundance, the pines, the wild landscapes and the lavender fields, we are in the South. This summer, we focused on our beautiful France and went to discover the famous Gorges du Verdon over 1 week.

The Basses Gorges by electric boat
The Verdon offers a wide choice of activities. We started our stay by exploring the Basses Gorges. We went through Location Nautic for a 2-hour electric boat ride from Lake Montmeyan. Top-notch service, pleasant and lots of advice!
We opted for this early morning ride and it was perfect. We were alone and were able to take advantage of the beautiful morning light and the many reflections in the water. A soothing moment! We have adored. On the way back, the sunlight was stronger and the turquoise water was more pronounced. Magnificent !
Note that the Basses Gorges are less popular than the Gorges du Verdon and there will therefore necessarily be fewer people. It remains a must in the region.
