2025: 50 years of Lac of Quinson in the Gorges du Verdon
Lac of Quinson is a veritable jewel case of nature in the heart of the Gorges du Verdon, to discover with family, friends or as a couple.
Created by EDF in 1975, the Quinson dam replaces a former lake dating back to 1866, and stretches over 13 kilometers, offering exceptional scenery. This hydroelectric project created a vast expanse of turquoise water and modified the existing ecosystem and landscape.
